It is very comfortable to sit on. I use several different chairs plus automobile. Initially it was uncomfortable. I have only used it for 2 weeks. I think there is an adjustment period. It is comfy and more comfortable than the flat wooden chair. (for sure) And, I am hopeful for more back pain reduction as I continue to use it.
