Great Product, but wrong color item received…
The item I received was not the color I ordered but it’s great! I can really feel the back relief while sitting at my desk. It just doesn’t match my black chair. Thanks!

My lumbar cushion is not the model depicted, but the one I actually have is great. The gel support section is perfectly positioned. The seat is amazing; all the pressure is off my coccyx and the scooped out areas keep my legs in proper position. Be prepared - the seat is firm, not squishy memory foam. I sit now in a much more comfortable, upright position. I searched long and hard for this combo and could not be more pleased

When my first one was old, I bought a second, and now use both. It has been helpful with back pain and sciatica, plus providing excellent cushioning which, at my old age, is badly needed.
