Terrible Support
I was sent the wrong product. Called and emailed the company three times. No response to call msgs left. Finall got email with return lable. Mailed item back via UPS on 8 March, was delivered on 10 March, It is now 24 March, I still have not received a refund nor heard from the company. I have contested the charge with the credit card compny I used for the purchase. Customer service is abysmal!!!
